Services We Provide
We offer professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Gary, IN and surrounding areas. When you hire us, we'll work with you to understand your needs and deliver quality work that meets your expectations.
Every project is unique, so we'll provide you with a detailed estimate before we start any work. Once you approve the estimate, we'll schedule your project and get started.
Quotes and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all our services. Your quote is based on the scope of work, materials needed, and project timeline. Prices may change if you request additional work or changes after we've started, but we'll always discuss this with you first.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion.
Project Timeline
We'll give you an estimated timeline for your project, but please understand that weather, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We'll keep you informed if anything changes and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.
Your Responsibilities
To help us do our best work, you agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure any necessary permits are discussed upfront. If your property has underground utilities, you're responsible for having them marked before we begin work.
You also agree to communicate with us about any concerns or changes you'd like to make. We want you to be happy with the final result, and good communication makes that possible.
Warranty and Repairs
We stand behind our work. If there are any issues with our workmanship, we'll make it right. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers, and we'll help you understand what's covered before you choose your materials.
Normal wear and tear, damage from severe weather, or issues caused by improper maintenance are not covered by our workmanship warranty.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your project, please let us know as soon as possible. If we've already ordered materials or started work, you may be responsible for costs we've already incurred.
Liability
We carry proper insurance and take safety seriously. While we work carefully to protect your property, we're not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage discovered during work, or issues caused by factors outside our control.
Dispute Resolution
If there's ever a problem, we want to work it out directly with you. Most issues can be resolved through honest conversation. If we can't reach an agreement, we'll follow Indiana state law to resolve the matter.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll post the new terms here with an updated date. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
